Back & neck pain
Back or neck pain that starts after lifting, twisting or a long day at a desk, or pain that spreads into the arm or leg. Most cases come from overloaded muscles or from a disc pressing on a nerve, and a stiff neck can also cause headaches. A PM&R consultant finds the cause; your physiotherapist treats it.
